Sort of? Pichu, wanna show your stuff? [The mouse does indeed want to show his stuff, he loves performing. He hops down to the sand.

And then starts strumming and sending little jolts of electricity through the instrument. It isn't exactly "playing", but it does create a pleasant little tune that draws a small audience of wild Pokemon.]

Some people chalk it up to the geography and meteorology, some folks say it's luck. Some people even think the local legend about Tears of Princes has something to do with it!
