The neglect of their trainers is just too much for Lyra's heart to bear, and so she's decided to take the Tauros by the horns and toss it over her shoulder.]

... Scor, relax, you're making her Pokémon nervous.

No matter how strong he gets, he's still scared of Poison-types. [She pats her flowerbeast with a happy sigh.] Your buddy can have one too if he wants.

[He nods, chuckling.] Most of my team gets that way around Psychic-tyes. Scor here is the exception. [He pats the giant scorpion thing with a smile.] So how about it, buddy? You want to try some Aprijuice, too?

[The Drapion lets out a cry of confirmation.] Sounds like that's a yes. Scor likes bitter things best, so...

Bitter! Got it! [She looks over the ones she's got, trying to figure out the best flavor, and finally hands a cup of green liquid over.]

Another person from... Sinnoh, I think it is? I guess it can't be helped. We'll have to set you up with a Gear just like I did with Paul! [but...] I don't have any extras on hand... For now, just put down your name and the Pokémon you've got with you. I can seek you out like that!

Yup, Sinnoh. [He just nods, scribbling down "Kieran" and then reeling off a team of Poison-types next to it.]

Of course! We'll be around all day if you want some more. It's no problem to make because we're [becoming] experts!

[All dem Poison-types though. Sprouty's gonna be a wreck.]

I might just have to hang around, then. [... If it makes Sprouty feel any better, none of those Poison-types are very aggressive? ... Well, except the Haunter, but that one stays in its ball.]

[Yesss my Aprijuice brings all the boys to the yard and they're like

So how do you keep from getting sick with so many Poison-types around? Are you just immune to it now?

I've built up an immunity by now. ... But up until that point... Pecha berries. Lots of Pecha berries.

Who's your favorite? Your best partner? Your main battler? Is it Scor here? What're the rest of their names?

How about I just let you meet the team? [He gives something that could almost be called a grin as he lets out five more Pokémon: a Roserade, a Haunter, a Toxicroak, a Tentacruel and a Crobat. He points to each of them in turn as he says their names.]

Lia, Geist, Crona, Squiggly, and Zul. Scor's my main battler and I use Lia for contests when I enter 'em.

[Sprouty is not comfortable Sprouty is not comfortable he's okay he's okay Lyra wouldn't let any of them attack him after all. Just gonna bury his face into her hat though.]

Ooooh! I see! Sprouty's my only one for pretty much everything, from battling to the Pokéathelon even if we didn't do that one so much. [She's pretty sure she couldn't handle having more than one Pokémon for anything other than transportation and stuff. One's enough!] These guys are pretty scary looking, except Lia.

Geist is the only one you really have to look out for. The others are just big softies, especially Crona. [The Toxicroak... well, croaks bashfully and Geist just pulls a face.]

Oh, I know how his type are. A friend of mine has a Gengar! [She pulls a face right back at him. Bleh bleh.] A real pain to beat too, ever since he was a Gastly. But we're strong enough.
