But it's a large library. A huge library. The possibilities are endless... and very specifically tailored to everyone's needs.]

[She nods her thanks at him, Fuzzbi leaving her perch on Jun's head to follow her trainer inside.]

Let's see. If I was a flying Pachirisu, what would my perfect tree be? Or maybe... in the grass? [Time to search! She'll take the grass, since he tops her in height.]

Okay--I'll try to look and see if there's any in the trees.

[Fuzzbi do make sure your trainer doesn't fall asleep in the grass okay, meantime Jun is going to walk over here to try to glance upward into these trees. Hopefully it would just be Emolga in the trees though--he's kind of keeping an eye out to make sure there isn't anything less friendly up there like hiding Beedrills or something, but he's not too worried since he's sure he'd be able to take care of it.]

[Fuzzbi will do her best!




Fuzzbi could not do it! The grass is much too soft and the room warm. It's just a little powernap. Dawn'll be fine. Besides, she has a comfy Growlithe pillow, though the Pokémon is kind of weirded out by the girl. Just go on til you find one, Jun, her Woobat can bee trouble away.]

[Good Woobat. After a few more minutes or so, Jun will be making his way back.]

Hey Dawn, I think I found...uh... [Really Dawn. Are you using a random Growlithe as your pillow while sleeping in the grass.]

Dawn?

[There's nothing ladylike about the way she's drooling. The Growlithe isn't happy at all either, but he can't... move. He's stuck, a victim of her fatigue. Fuzzbi's happy Jun's back because can you wake her up.]

Nnn...

[Maybe not ladylike, but at least it's kind of cute?]

Hey, Dawn. [Leaning down to shake her arm a little, try to see if that helps.] As comfy as it might be, you should probably wake up now...

[She swats his hand away lightly, but she's coming to enough for the Growlithe to squirm away from her and dash back into the grass.]

Nn? What? Why... [... Nnnn? Oh. Middle of the wilderness with Barry? No, not Barry. Jun. Jun's his name. Not wilderness, just a room. Right. Hi Fuzzbi thanks for the nuzzles.] Sorry.

No need to apologize--I take it you didn't get enough sleep last night or something? [That's his guess anyway.] Do you want to go somewhere to rest once we're done here?

[Maybe if we're lucky there's a room full of pillows around here or something.]

[Ohhhh no, she's not resting until she gets to a time that's considered normal to sleep. Dawn stands woozily, pausing a moment to stop her mind's lightness, and shakes her head. And brushing her clothes off.] No, no, I'm fine. I promise. I just thought I saw something, but it turned out to be nothing. Did you have better luck than I did?

I think so--here, follow me!

[He'll lead the way over to the trees, and once it looks like they've arrived at the right one, he makes a quieting motion before pointing upward. There, on one of the branches, appears to be an Emolga...who apparently thought it was a pretty good time for a nap too. It hasn't quite noticed them yet from where it's been sleeping on one of the higher branches, but it does look like it might stir anytime soon.]

[That definitely looks like it! Fuzzbi silently flies up to check the Emolga out, then swoops back down with a quiet chirrup.

Whisper time!] I think Fuzzbi says you're right. Want a shot at it?

Huh? [Jun nearly forgot to whisper that, but then he quickly lowers his voice.] You want us to try to catch it first?

[Well we can certainly do that, but he just wants to be sure it's cool--you know, doing what the lady wants whether she wants a shot at catching it first or wanting us to.]

[She nods.]

I'm... Even I can admit I'm not on top of my game. [She fell asleep on a wild Pokemon. She knows her limits.] And it'll be better for someone more alert to catch it. They're fast.

[Or so she remembers reading.]

Good point. Alright, here goes nothing!

[POKEBALL GO! The pokeball hits the Emolga, jolting it awake as it gives a surprised cry when it gets sucked inside the pokeball and the pokeball drops onto the ground.

One shake. Two shakes. Thr--nope, the pokeball suddenly bursts back open and the Emolga is now standing there, cheeks sparking a little now as it's turning to the source of who woke it up now. It doesn't look happy.]

...Uh, okay, you two might want to step back so that you don't get shocked or something... [Fuzzbi could theoretically help but isn't it weak to electric-types? Taking out another pokeball, this one with one of his Pokemon in it. Maybe he needs to weaken it a little before it'll go in the ball...]

[Pokeballs that open at three shakes is why she has trust issues. Dawn wants to see how Jun handles himself anyway, so she's got no problem in stepping back and letting Fuzzbi settle on her head.]

If it tries to get away, we'll knock it back in. [That's a promise.]

Heh, thanks. [Tossing that pokeball out now, and out comes a Mime Jr. He'd use his other Pokemon but...they're kind of huge and probably overkill, he'll resort to them if this way doesn't work out. The Emolga immediately launches a spark of electricity at the Pokemon. Luckily, it's not enough to paralyze it that time but Mime does stumble back a little from the sudden jolt of electricity.]

Use Confusion! [The Pokemon does a little wavy motion with it's arms as a glow forms around the Emolga, and it starts stumbling around a little from the psychic headache it's undoubtedly getting. Probably not helping it since it just woke up. ^^;;]

[Mime Jr. is really cute! Not something she would've expected a cool looking guy like Jun to have, but then again... Barry had a Munchlax. So.

Fuzzbi waits in the wings for any way to help! Even if it's just Gust to keep the Emolga from wandering off in confusion.]

[Your help is very appreciated, Fuzzbi. Gust will certainly help keep the Emolga from stumbling off. Since it doesn't look like escape is possible, it then strikes back against Mime Jr. with a Quick Attack. Jun is sure to follow up with another round of confusion, so that when it tries to attack again, the next time it ends up hurting itself in confusion instead. The battle continues in this sort of fashion, the Emolga trying to attack and Jun having Mime Jr. try to keep it confused long enough to weaken it.

Eventually the battle comes to a head when (after Mime Jr. was unfortunately paralyzed by static at one point), he manages to score in a Double-Slap that has it reeling--]

Alright, let's do this! [POKEBALL GO!! The pokeball gets tossed at the Pokemon, where it disappears inside with a red glow. One shake...two shakes...three shakes...





...Ding! Jun caught Emolga?]

[Dawn wouldn't know; she's leaning on a tree, sleeping.

Zzzz.

Fuzzbi, who'd been so into helping, now pushes her over so she'll jerk awake.]

-- Gust! [An awkward pause as she realizes that, uh, yeah.] Oh. You caught it? Congratulations, I thought you'd be able to...

[Yawn!]

[...You fell asleep during the battle? Gosh you really are more tired than we thought.]

Yeah, thanks! [Mime Jr. is doing a little copycat motion of mimicking Dawn's yawning, which causes him to roll his eyes before turning back to her.] You feeling any better?

[The moment she stepped into the library, she was prepared not to sleep. Chesto Berries work even for humans.]

Now that that's done. [Since she can rest. Don't mind if she just sits at the base of the tree she was sleeping on, okay. Come here Mime Jr. She wants to pat your head. Silly little guy. Fuzzbi'll sit on Jun's head again.] Are you going to nickname it, Mr. Originality? It could be your first.

[Mime Jr. loves headpats, so of course he'll go hang out with Dawn. Jun laughs a little at the suggestion and the weight of Fuzzbi sitting on our head again.]

I guess that could be fun, though I gotta say, I've never come up with a nickname before... [What would he even nickname it as...]

It's easy. I mean... When I started out with Wigbi, I was thinking of something to name him that'd be easy to remember. The -bi kind of stuck because it was-- well, it was cute. [Barrbi would've been a cute nickname for her best friend... if he deserved it.

... Junbi is too embarrassing to say though. Not going to nickname people ever.] Just same it whatever you think's nice sounding! Or not at all. Your Pokémon seem pretty close to you even without it.

Hm...I'll give it some thought--if I do decide to nickname it, I want to make sure that it's a good one!

[Maybe later once Emolga's been healed up he'll let it out and see what comes to mind?]

[That'd be a good idea. After all, if she'd known what trouble her own Buneary would be despite its nature she wouldn't have called it something as cute as Bunbi.]

That's right, there's no rush to it. But now that thaaat's over. [She stretches!] I'm ready to catch more Pokémon! It's like I have a second wind!

[Dawn, you should probably sleep.]
